Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns for hygienic reasons.

We are currently only shipping to the USA but do hope to open up to Canada in the future.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in the shipping process once they have been received by the shipping carrier.

We currently offer several flat shipping rates* with prices dependent on the quantity of bottles (due to weight) of your purchase.

1-3 bottles: $4.75 USPS First Class
4-6 bottles: $6.75 USPS First Class
7-12 bottles: $9.00 USPS Padded FR Envelope
13+ bottles: $15.00 USPS Medium FR Box

*Some of these rates should drop slightly after the holidays, but USPS holiday price increases begins Oct. 2, 2022.

Finding Feathers Lacquer LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders marked as pick-up that are not truly local to our location in Kingsland, GA.

We can cancel and refund any order within the first 24 hours of the order being placed, as long as it has not already been fulfilled. Please contact us ASAP if you need a cancellation.

If anything in your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us here within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your contact information, order number, and a brief summary of what happened so we can mail a duplicate replacement ASAP. Should a duplicate not be available, another product of equal value may be requested or a refund for the damaged/missing product can be issued. Photographic proof of breaks may be required.

Polishes that are 5-Free are void of: Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toulene, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor. These are the main five toxic ingredients that are commonly found in more mainstream polishes. Our formula is technically 10-Free but we advertise as 5-Free as it is what people are most familar with.

We are currently listing our turn-around time (TAT) at 1-2 weeks as we have yet to establish a normal volume of sales with a launch. However, our true aim is to have orders out within 3-5 business days when inventory allows.

All of our products are made and packaged in our pet-friendly home. While our pets do not have access to the polish production and shipping room, we cannot fully guarantee that a stray hair won't tag along with your package.

Our polishes are all made in small, handcrafted batches following our unique recipes. We are exact with our formulas, however some slight variations between batches may occur. Please also keep in mind colors may appear different due to variation in screens, lighting, etc.
